Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Accountant located in Reading, PA. The Accountant will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks such as managing lease accounting records, reconciling balance sheet accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with GAAP regulations. The Accountant will also be required to analyze financial data, assist with various ad‑hoc requests, and support audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in preparing financial statements
• Strong analytical skills, Excel, and Power Pivot is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or CPA candidate is a plus
