Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and financial analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
• Lead month-end close processes and journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and variance analysis for GL accounts.
• Generate monthly financial reports and provide variance commentary.
• Support internal and external audit requests with data.
