Job summary

Auto Driveaway is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in Lombard, IL. This onsite role requires cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and support business growth and development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and proficiency with NetSuite/QuickBooks and Excel. CPA is a plus, with responsibilities spanning treasury, assets, P2P, month-end close, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable, treasury, and operational accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets and subledger activity.
• Ensure subledgers reconcile to the General Ledger monthly.
• Manage P2P processes and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly journal entries with proper documentation.
• Support audits and 1099 filings.
• Develop KPIs and analytic dashboards for management.
