Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in a financial/accounting function.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP / GASB.

Aufgaben

• Maintain endowment investment balances and reconcile transactions across systems.
• Record endowment spending distributions and restricted gift revenue.
• Establish and maintain restricted and endowment projects with donor documentation.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide accounting guidance to departments on restricted/endowment projects.
• Support year-end closing and external reporting tasks.
