Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA desirable.
• Non-profit accounting experience and Great Plains proficiency.
• Advanced skills in GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close process and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and financial statements.
• Maintain audit documentation and support external audits.
• Collaborate on annual budget and variance analyses.
• Supervise Senior Accountant and ensure policy compliance.
