Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of professional accounting or finance experience.

• Proven ability to own end-to-end processes or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision; own tasks, priorities and deliverables.
• Own entire projects or processes within the job area, including plans, milestones and delivery.
• Provide guidance and training to peers and junior colleagues as an IC.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders; resolve inquiries professionally.
• Influence practices by recommending improvements and aligning with stakeholders across functions.
• Analyze complex issues by gathering information and identifying root causes to develop solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to assess impacts and determine the best path forward.
• Collaborate across teams to improve department performance.
