Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, projects, and end-to-end financial processes in a hybrid Urbandale, IA setting. This is a senior individual-contributor contract role for six months with the potential to convert to permanent employment.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, drive improvements to procedures and controls, and share accounting knowledge with peers and junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least five years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in accounting operations, finance operations, transaction processing, or a similar environment.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience owning end-to-end accounting processes or projects.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounting tasks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
