The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision, drive accurate execution, resolve complex issues, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen outcomes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with independent work ability.
• Experience in accounting operations/finance processing and end-to-end ownership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Own tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision and clear plan.
• Manage end-to-end projects within the accounting domain with milestones.
• Provide coaching and training to peers and junior staff.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
