Job summary

Ledgent is seeking an accounting professional in California to join a growing company. This role is 100% onsite, standard 8am-5pm hours, working closely with the Controller and CFO.

The candidate should have Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, strong financial reporting skills, Power BI proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree. Duties include month-end close, variance analysis, and system-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Reporting including dashboards, budget vs actuals, variance reports.
• Accounting close processes such as Month End Close and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and analyze gross margin, COGS, and accounts.
• Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage GL activities including month-end close, reconciliations, accruals and journal entries.
