You will lead month-end close, prepare lender reporting, and support treasury while partnering with senior finance leadership and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel.
• Strong background in debt accounting, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience with GAAP financial reporting, lender reporting, and covenant compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage debt accounting, including amortization schedules, interest accruals, swaps, and financing costs.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations across multiple legal entities.
• Develop lender reporting packages, covenant compliance certificates, borrowing base calculations, and supporting schedules.
• Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, and lender relationships.
• Prepare management reporting packages and provide financial analysis to executive leadership.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, external auditors, lenders, and outside advisors.
