• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage debt accounting, including amortization schedules, interest accruals, swaps, and financing costs.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations across multiple legal entities.
• Develop lender reporting packages, covenant compliance certificates, borrowing base calculations, and supporting schedules.
• Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, and lender relationships.
• Prepare management reporting packages and provide financial analysis to executive leadership.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, external auditors, lenders, and outside advisors.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, experience with debt instruments and consolidations, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
