Job summary

You will drive inventory costing, analyze gross margins by channel, and support budgeting and forecasting while building scalable controls and fostering a collaborative accounting

Qualifications

• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing accounting.
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and gross margins.
• Hands-on month-end close experience in a growing environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CPG accounting including month-end close.
• Prepare monthly and annual GAAP financial statements.
• Lead inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate costing, yield, and waste reporting.
• Monitor policies, procedures, and internal controls; support ERP enhancements.
• Develop cross-training and process documentation; foster a collaborative team.
