Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent in accounting is required or preferred.
• Two years accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret accounting documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to analyze, organize and maintain internal controls over financial processes.
• Experience with payroll, accounts receivable and general ledger is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize office operations and bookkeeping with Director of Finance.
• Perform daily accounting operations for accounts receivable, general ledger, and budgeting.
• Produce financial reports adhering to accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies; monitor charges and suggest efficient methods.
• Maintain confidentiality and promote the agency's mission and awareness.
