Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of operational accounting experience, 1+ year in a senior capacity, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of operational accounting experience.
1+ year at a Sr. level.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups.

Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records.
Prepare financial analyses, reporting packages, and ad hoc reports to support business and operational decision-making.
Assist with external audits, regulatory audits, and compliance reviews by coordinating requests and providing supporting documentation.
Monitor changes in accounting, regulatory, and reporting requirements and communicate impacts to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal departments to research accounting issues, improve processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support special projects and perform additional accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned.
