Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant Consultant for a 6-to-9-month temp-to-perm engagement. The role supports day-to-day general ledger operations, month-end close reconciliations, parent company reporting, NetSuite implementation preparation, audit support, and accounting documentation.

The position offers a hands-on environment with responsibilities across GL activities, ERP data preparation, and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Staff or Senior Accountant roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations or data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post complex journal entries and perform month-end close routines.
• Support day-to-day general ledger operations and reconciliations.
• Assist with parent company reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare files and data for NetSuite ERP implementation.
• Support audits and prepare schedules and variance analyses.
• Document SOPs and workflows.

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant Consultant for a 6-to-9-month temp-to-perm engagement. The role supports day-to-day general ledger operations, month-end close reconciliations, parent company reporting, NetSuite implementation preparation, audit support, and accounting documentation. Responsibilities

• **General Ledger & Month-End Close Execution:** Prepare and post complex journal entries, conduct monthly balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, and execute routine month-end close schedules
• **Parent Company Reporting Support:** Compile financial schedules, assist with intercompany reconciliations, and help fulfill financial reporting packages required by the parent company
• **NetSuite Implementation Preparation:** Assist in organizing schedules, cleaning up historical general ledger data, mapping accounts, and preparing files for the upcoming NetSuite ERP implementation
• **Daily Accounting Operations:** Provide direct accounting and analytical support to team members; assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
• **Audit & Compliance Support:** Assist in preparing audit schedules, supporting documentation, and variance analyses for internal/external reviews Skills
