Job summary

Randall Construction Holdings is seeking a Senior Accountant for our Apopka, FL headquarters. The role centers on supporting monthly close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, with a focus on construction accounting and job-cost management.

You will partner with project teams and auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP, while contributing to internal controls and process improvements. This is an on-site role based in Apopka.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with construction focus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and job-cost accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support monthly close and GAAP compliance.
• Manage intercompany activity and job-cost reporting.
• Assist with WIP, contract values, and change orders.
• Collaborate with project management and operations to resolve issues.
