Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end close procedures and financial statement prep.
• Assist with year-end tasks including audits and tax filing.
• Prepare and post journal entries and manage the general ledger.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed management reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to improve reporting processes.
• Stay updated on regulations affecting financial reporting.
• Support continuous process improvements in accounting procedures.
