Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and HQ close. The role ensures revenue and sales accounting accuracy, CIN7 reconciliations, and adherence to IFRS/US GAAP across a global group.

You will prepare management packs, drive monthly close improvements, and partner with country finance teams to maintain strong governance and controls in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with consolidated statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and audit exposure.
• Experience with CIN7 or similar ERP/inventory systems.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS.
• Ability to translate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements and ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
• Own HQ intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and monthly close.
• Manage revenue and sales accounting for HQ, invoicing and CIN7 reconciliation.
• Prepare management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial commentary.
• Support ERP deployments, process improvements, and governance.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support audits.
