Job summary

LifeSync in the United States is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day general ledger duties, support month-end close, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP while collaborating with tax and IT on ERP upgrades.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting, at least five years of progressive experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Record intercompany transactions and prepare elimination entries.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules in ERP.
• Analyze operating expenses and balance sheet KPIs.
• Support budgeting and revenue/expense forecasting.
• Assist with treasury activities including cash management.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT on ERP upgrades and accounting systems.
• Prepare tax reporting schedules and assist with tax filings.
