Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or similar.
• 3-6 years of experience.
• Strong US GAAP, SOX, and SEC reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel; Oracle EBS a plus.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly sales commission calculations, reconciliations, and payouts.
• Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, subledger upkeep, and SOX-compliant analyses.
• Prepare and review invoices and memos tied to revenue adjustments.
• Support SEC reporting deadlines and internal/external audits.
• Find inefficiencies and drive automation and process improvements.
