Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and GL reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze financial results and research variances for accurate reporting.
• Ensure records comply with GAAP and internal policies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support audits with requested documentation and inquiries.
• Collaborate on process improvements and ERP/system upgrades.
