Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting with a focus on month-end close.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & post journal entries with supporting documentation, including accruals and adjusting entries.
• Contribute to timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and analysis as needed.
• Identify and address discrepancies or issues, resolving them promptly.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in accounting operations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for assigned departments monthly.
