Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc. is seeking an Accounting - Consolidations Manager to oversee the company’s consolidation and financial close processes, ensuring timely GAAP-compliant reporting.

The role manages intercompany accounting, consolidations, and related reporting while upholding controls and partnering across teams. The position requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA license, and advanced Excel skills; SAP S/4 HANA and Group Reporting experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience; public accounting a plus.
• CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Group Reporting, Analytics for Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operating companies on timely monthly financial results submissions.
• Review and post adjusting journal entries.
• Compile month-end close binder and supporting documentation for accuracy and controls.
• Manage annual goodwill impairment testing; coordinate projections.
• Assist with accounting for business combinations and fair value allocations.
• Research GAAP guidance and document accounting decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support system implementations and internal control initiatives.
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and special projects.
• Work weekends as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
