Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of accounting or related professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting software.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting activities for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Coordinate client transactions and workflows using Bill.com, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks Online.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with tax teams and auditors.
• Review and approve transactions and reconcile bank and balance sheets.
• Develop and maintain documented accounting procedures and support schedules.
