Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 2–5 years of demonstrated success in accounting (Big 4/Public Accounting).
• Strong financial acumen, analytical ability and communication skills; ability to collaborate across all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, self-motivated and organized; ability to work independently.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division and corporate accounting teams, department leaders, and stakeholders to support key financial and accounting activities.
• Monitor and report on performance, financial projections, cash position, costs, and more.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for business and department overhead.
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and communicate key findings to business leaders.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, as well as the annual audit process.
• Serve as a trusted accounting resource to project teams and business leaders, helping resolve financial questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen financial reporting.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects
