Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in general ledger accounting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare journal entries.
• Manage general ledger and balance sheet accounts; research discrepancies and resolve items.
• Maintain schedules for accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and allocations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including vendor payments and expenses.
• Coordinate vendor setup and payment processes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Review billing and revenue to ensure proper recognition and accuracy.
