Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in month-end/year-end close process.
• Experience with government contracts is a plus.
• Comfort with pre-revenue startups is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger management.
• Complete the monthly close process for accurate financial statements.
• Drive accounting process design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors.
