The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a CPA, and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries. This full-time position offers a salary range of $76,000-$90,000, with responsibilities including managing general ledger transactions and accounts payable. Strong proficiency with MS Excel is essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years of accounting work experience in Biotech or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP system strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Record day to day general ledger transactions, including cash activity.
• Process accounts payable and monitor checking account balances.
• Prepare customer invoices and complete accounting close procedures.
