Job summary

AlffCo, a national facility management solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage key accounting functions, reconcile sub-ledgers, and prepare financial statements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS where applicable.

You will monitor internal controls, assist with accounts receivable and sales tax filings, manage sales commission calculations, and support annual budgeting and monthly variance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficient with NetSuite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger balances.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly analyses.
• Monitor internal controls and perform risk assessments.
• Track sales tax filings and AR support.
• Assist with budgets and variance analyses.
• Monitor variances and supervise accounting staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
