Job summary

PREMIER KAIKI LLP in Torrance, California is seeking an Accounting Senior to perform critical bookkeeping and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 2–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with standards.
