Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support audits and month-end closings, reporting to Tokyo. You’ll manage detailed reconciliations, review controls, and coordinate with AR, AP, and Logistics to ensure timely deliverables.

Based in Boise, Idaho, you’ll need a Bachelor’s in accounting, 5+ years in accounting/audit, SAP and BI tools savvy, and strong analytical and presentation skills. We offer competitive benefits and a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum of five years of accounting-related experience in a fast-paced, highly competitive service and/or sales environment.
• Extensive audit experience; Big Four experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit responsibilities include understanding key FUJIFILM North America Corporation audit controls.
• Attend annual walkthrough meetings with auditors.
• Document and update controls as needed.
• Act as primary point of contact for coordinating audit requests with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Logistics.
• Review audit documentation and discuss issues with the Senior Accounting Manager.
• Follow up on auditors’ requests and propose solutions for process efficiencies.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Budget reporting and consolidation for reporting to Tokyo.
• Conduct detailed independent reviews and perform fluctuation analyses.
• Prepare journal entries and handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end tasks.
• Complete ad hoc requests and participate in special projects.
• Use SAP and BI tools for required reporting and accounting services.
