Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant to support audit coordination with external auditors and manage budget reporting to Tokyo. The role involves preparing month-end journal entries, performing detailed reconciliations, and ensuring deadlines are met across monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with extensive audit experience, including Big Four exposure, and strong analytical and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Extensive audit experience; Big Four experience is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of accounting-related experience in a fast-paced, highly competitive service and/or sales environment.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Financial presentation skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external audits with the Senior Accounting Manager.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and detailed account reconciliations.
• Review audits, follow up on requests, and propose process improvements.
• Budget reporting and consolidation for parent company in Tokyo.
• Perform fluctuation analysis and ensure forecasts align with business changes.
• Complete ad hoc accounting tasks and support new business invoicing and journal entries.
