Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Senior Accounting Manager in coordinating audits and reporting to Tokyo. You will prepare month-end journal entries and detailed reconciliations with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes audit oversight, budget consolidation for parent company reporting, and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end tasks using SAP and BI tools. This position is based at our U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounting-related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Big Four audit experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits with senior management.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review audit documentation and address findings with management.
• Consolidate budget information for reporting to the parent company.
• Perform fluctuation analyses and ensure forecasts align with business changes.
• Prepare ad hoc accounting requests and participate in special projects.
