Saildrone, a maritime defense company headquartered in Alameda, CA, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance organization and support general ledger accounting and reporting across our global operations.

This hands-on role focuses on month-end close, balance sheet and income statement items (excluding fixed assets, inventory, and COGS) and will partner with across the business to deliver accurate financial insights for a mission-focused organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (3+ years in public accounting strongly preferred).
• CPA certification (active or in progress) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• General Ledger & Financial Reporting: Draft monthly financial statements and support the end-to-end month-end close process.
• Revenue & Lease Accounting: Manage revenue recognition workflows under ASC 606, including invoicing and collections support.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain clear documentation for audit requests.
