Manus Bio in Augusta, GA is seeking a Senior Accountant to record, analyze, and report financial activities with a focus on production costs, inventory, and performance. You will help manage CIP, fixed assets, and intercompany activity while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of U.S. GAAP accounting experience.
Strong Fixed Asset accounting knowledge, including AUC.
Proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign and advanced Excel.
Experience using AI tools to streamline processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Apply U.S. GAAP across fixed assets, inventory, accruals, leases, and investments.
Manage financial data, prepare internal statements, and forecast cash and costs.
Own CIP and fixed asset tracking, including disposals and asset inventory.
Prepare annual statements and notes; support month-end close and intercompany eliminations.
Suggest improvements to accounting practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor costs, reconcile ledgers, and manage GL, cost centers, and profit centers.
Support external audits and internal controls assessments.
Contribute to annual tax filings, registrations, and payments.
Advance AI-driven automation to speed up close and asset tracking.
