Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
• 2–7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit roles
• Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data analytics in finance is highly desirable
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize month-end and year-end close processes using AI-driven tools to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs, identify bottlenecks, and implement intelligent solutions for reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting timelines
• Prepare, review, and validate journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with automated checks
• Design and refine workflows for audit-ready financial data
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and enhance reporting quality with AI-enabled insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports are clear, compliant, and aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate tools, build use cases, and support implementation of AI in financial reporting
