Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and internal controls.
• Prepaid expenses and vendor rebates experience desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organization levels.
• Interest in AI tools to improve workflows.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and policy-aligned entries.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle prepaids, vendor rebates, accruals, and related activities.
• Prepare variance analyses and provide insights to leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with accounting leaders and department heads.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements to speed month-end close.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
