Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in public accounting with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 internal control compliance.
  • Exposure to public company financial reporting (e.g., reviewing SEC filings).
  • Strong organizational skills; accurate, detailed work with strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; time management, planning, and prioritization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V-LOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting activities to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and assistance with flux analyses.
  • Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and public company reporting standards.
  • Assist with 10-Q and 10-K SEC external reporting procedures, including preparing footnotes and reviewing disclosures with the financial reporting team.
  • Provide guidance on daily operations and continuous process improvements, including exploring and implementing automation tools for accounting operations.
  • Assist with post-close tasks by collaborating with the Business Planning team to research fluctuations in financial results.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX internal controls, including effective execution of existing controls and consideration of new controls.
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as required.

Compensation:
  • Base pay range expected: $101,275.00–$111,935.00 annually.
