- Review billing schedules and deferred revenue rollforwards for alignment with contract terms and the general ledger.
- Support consolidation and variable interest entity assessments under ASC 810.
- Prepare consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, or equity method accounting entries, as applicable.
- Own project accounting for site deployments, including project setup, budget tracking, committed and actual cost analysis, and construction‑in‑progress balances.
- Manage capital expenditure accounting, capitalization reviews, purchase order tracking, and monthly reporting.
- Maintain the fixed asset register for deployed equipment, leased equipment, site infrastructure, and other operational assets.
- Track inventory from raw materials through work‑in‑process, finished units, and field deployment.
- Prepare inventory rollforwards, cycle count reconciliations, and reserve analyses.
- Support multistate sales and use tax, nexus tracking, property tax, partnership tax, franchise tax, stock‑based compensation schedules, and the income tax provision.
- Review and provide oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Investigate complex accounting issues at the transaction level and execute accurate corrective entries.
- Help establish scalable accounting policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support audit preparation and help ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and audit‑ready.
