UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant, Accounting Integration to drive the integration of acquired businesses into UL Solutions’ accounting and reporting framework. You will partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors to merge transactions into accurate, repeatable processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong US GAAP technical accounting knowledge and hands-on operational accounting experience, thriving in a fast-paced environment handling multiple integration projects

Responsabilités

• Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal and external advisors to understand and merge transactions into accurate, repeatable accounting processes.
• Support the accounting integration of newly acquired businesses into UL Solutions’ environment.
• Collaborate across hybrid on-site teams in Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL to ensure smooth transitions and compliant reporting.

This newly createdSenior Accountant, Accounting Integration role isa high-impact opportunity to help bring newly acquired external businesses into UL Solutions’ accounting and reporting environment. In this role, you will partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors to understand and merge transactions into accurate, repeatable accounting processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge with operational accounting experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple transactions and integration projects.

This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days on-site) position located at either our Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL office.
