Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant, Accounting Integration to lead the merging of newly acquired businesses into UL’s accounting and reporting environment. You will partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal and external advisors to establish repeatable processes.

The ideal candidate has strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge and hands-on operational accounting experience, thriving in fast-paced integration projects across multiple transactions.

• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge.
• Operational accounting experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal and external advisors.

In this role, you will partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors to understand and merge transactions into accurate, repeatable accounting processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge with operational accounting experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple transactions and integration projects.

This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days on-site) position located at either our Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL office.
