• Pay: $90,000-$100,000/yr plus Bonus
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks to support general ledger accuracy and compliance

• Process accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, and timely payment

• Maintain and update fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules

• Administer the company's purchasing card (P-Card) program, including transaction review and reconciliation

• Prepare and post journal entries to support the monthly financial close process

• Reconcile and maintain assigned general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and supporting documentation

• Conduct job cost reviews to ensure accurate cost tracking and analysis

• Support standard costing processes for purchased parts, including variance analysis

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and procedures are followed

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered)

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience with accounts payable, fixed assets, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Familiarity with standard costing, job cost analysis, and inventory accounting is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Knowledge of audit processes and internal controls is preferred
