Qualifications

• Prior Audit Experience is preferred, especially with Big 4.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Preparing and recording journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring all financial data is accurate.
• Assisting with audits, working closely with auditors to ensure all financial information is presented accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Assisting with cash management and forecasting cash flow.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, and provide clear explanations for variances.
• Working on special projects as needed, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  
  

To be considered for the Senior Accountant position, you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Prior Audit Experience. Big 4 a plus, but not necessary
• At least 1 full year as Corporate Senior Accountant
• Experience with ERP systems. NetSuite is a plus
