Reasonover Talent Group is currently conducting a recruitment search for a national Private Equity firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, seeking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic Fund Accounting and Investor Reporting team.

This opportunity is best suited for a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger activities for multiple investment fund entities
• Reconcile daily cash activity and monitor bank transactions across several accounts
• Support loan compliance and ensure accurate tracking of fund-level lines of credit
• Manage the quarterly close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial packages
• Produce quarterly and annual financial statements, investor capital statements, distribution notices
• Maintain and update investor reporting systems and handle investor-level data requests
• Calculate management fees, preferred returns, and carried interest waterfalls
• Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives, ad-hoc financial analysis, and cross-functional projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's degree highly preferable
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with large ERP systems
