Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join as the primary resource for US and international operations in California. You will partner with the Controller to maintain accurate financial reporting, oversee AP, AR, payroll, and GL, and lead international month-end close and full-cycle accounting with a focus on US GAAP.

About the Role

Join the accounting team as its primary accounting resource for US and international operations. You will partner with the Controller to maintain accurate financial reporting and support the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

• Lead month-end close processes for international entities and support full-cycle accounting.

• Prepare and review reconciliations and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license.

• Five to eight years of hands-on accounting experience, including at least two to three years in a full-cycle accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, accrual accounting, and financial statement preparation.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reconciliation tools.

• Experience with intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidations, and a fast-paced startup or high-growth company environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $120,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
