A growing financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to establish strong internal controls and support financial reporting. This role requires a CPA and at least 3 years of accounting experience. The candidate will transition bookkeeping to internal operations, manage audits, and collaborate with department leaders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is required.

• Experience leading audits and building accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls and proficiency with financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, proactive, solutions-focused and can take ownership.

• Transition bookkeeping and accounting activities to internal operations.

• Prepare for and coordinate the company’s first external audit.

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to help build and scale the organization’s accounting foundation.
