About the Role

The Senior Accountant will assist with various accounting tasks, including processing expense reports, credit card reconciliation, AR/AP forms, and supporting ad hoc projects, all while adhering to accounting principles. Responsibilities

• Analyze and process expense reports.
• Prepare corporate credit card reconciliations and reports.
• Assist with payroll review and journal entries.
• Manage credit card operations.
• Handle daily banking requirements and audits.
• Coordinate AR collections from clients.
• Ensure prompt AP payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Complete AR/AP forms and investigate trade references.
• Support month-end closing, journal entries, and analyses such as commissions and rebates.
• Oversee survey respondent payments via PayPal.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of accounting experience, with preference for AR or AP roles.
• 1+ years in finance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Bill.com is a plus.
