Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CMA designation required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience managing month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and reports.
• Analyze operational and financial performance trends.
• Partner with business leaders to improve financial visibility.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Assist with audits, controls, and compliance.
• Participate in process improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Support fixed asset and operational accounting activities.
