• Manage and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

• Perform balance sheet and income statement variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses as needed.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and account analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and FP&A.
• Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned.
