Senior Accountant – Consolidations & Financial Reporting

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), including financial statement disclosures
  • Support monthly and quarterly global consolidated financial reporting for 40+ entities
  • Conduct financial analyses and provide insights for management
  • Participate in proxy preparation and quarterly earnings releases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account analyses, and consolidated financial statements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Tax, FP&A, Treasury, IT, HR, Legal)
  • Provide technical support on accounting standards, SEC regulations, and US GAAP compliance
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in SEC reporting, global consolidations, public accounting (with larger clients), or internal audit
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Experience in mid‑to‑large public company environments ideal; manufacturing background a plus
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • High integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently
Compensation
  • Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year
  • Small discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan
  • Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
